SmartPaws Refund & Return Policy

At SmartPaws, we're dedicated to ensuring you and your pet are happy with every purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible

Returns Window🕐

 You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at contact@shopsmartpaws.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Please do not return and products without contacting us first - our team contacting us first - our team will provide return instructions when applicable.

 

Return Shipping Costs🚚

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the item reaches the correct return location. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we'll cover the replacement or refund once verified.

 

Refunds🔁

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

You'll receive a conformation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges 🔄️

In some cases, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund, depending on product availability and supplier terms. Our team will confirm the best solution during your support process.


 

Restocking Fees❌

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
